                               ORDINANCE NO. 10268
                   
                   
                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHATTANOOGA CITY CODE, 
                   PART II, SECTION 35-17, RELATIVE TO THE 
                   TAXICAB BOARD.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE:
       	    	 SECTION 1.  That Chattanooga City Code, Part II, Section 
       35-17, be and is hereby amended so as to delete the last sentence 
       therein, which reads "Not less than six (6) votes shall be 
       required to approve any action by the Board" and substitute in 
       lieu thereof "Five (5) members present for a meeting of the 
       Taxicab Board shall constitute a quorum."
       	    	 SECTION 2.  That this Ordinance shall be effective two 
       (2) weeks from and after its passage as provided by law.
